Unity crash sent two people to the hospital

UNITY - Deputies are investigating a crash in Unity that sent two people to the hospital with serious injuries.

it happened at the intersection of Route 220 and Depot Street around 12:45 p.m. Thursday.

 

The Waldo County Sheriff's Office said Brandi Reynolds, 35, and her passenger Patty Bishop, 56, both from Unity were taken from the scene to emergency care.

 

Reynolds reportedly was driving down Depot Street. Another truck driven by Bradley Brockway, 73, of Albion was heading down Route 220.

 

The two vehicles crashed when Reynolds left the stop sign at the intersection.

 

Brockway was not hurt.
