Authorities said the driver hit the guard rail before landing in the water.
Two trucks worked to pull the home out of the pond first and then remove the truck.
The driver is safe and no severe injuries have been reported.
Bridgton police received the call after 11 a.m. Wednesday and multiple crews strapped the mobile home in, trying to figure out the best angle to remove the it without causing more damage.
Officers said they're still investigating how the incident happened, but add while it's unfortunate, if it would have happened about a month earlier it could have caused a lot of chaos.
Bridgton officer Mac McCormick stated "Fryberg Fair week.. If that had happened during that week back in early October this would have been a mess. We have thousands and thousands of cars coming through .. So we actually lucked out."
Officer McCormick also stated this is the first time in at least 30 years a car has landed in Moose Pond.
